Mihan Company boasts one of the well-equipped industrial laboratories for cardboard sheet and carton manufacturing. This laboratory monitors product quality in all stages, including raw material input, in-process production, and the final product, to ensure the highest quality product reaches the customer.
Regarding raw materials, primarily consisting of paper, various tests are conducted, including grammage, paper thickness, density, tensile strength, tear resistance, moisture content, water absorption, coefficient of friction, RCT (Ring Crush Test), CMT (Corrugated Medium Test), and CCT (Corrugated Crush Test). After the laboratory unit confirms the quality, the shipment is released.
Additionally, for products in the manufacturing process and the final product, tests such as ECT (Edge Crush Test), FCT (Flat Crush Test), PAT (Puncture Test), and BCT (Box Compression Test) are performed.
